Awake (barely) on the West Coast ....

Sorry to hear you are not feeling so well, friend.

The CRABs will often take 6 - 12 months to have any positive effect on relapse rates, if they work for you as an idividual. Don't give up hope on B yet . . . it still might be your answer.

2 - 3 weeks of symptoms indicates a relapse, for sure. You are new at this though, so don't go thinking this one is going to necessarily be the same as the last one. You may recover much quicker . . . and I'm hoping that's the way it works out for you this time.

I don't take any symptom meds, so I can't even suggest anything. Maybe someone might have some ideas for you tomorrow . . .

I know the discomfort though. Try looking on-line for deep breathing exercises. They almost always put me to sleep.

Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Cherie
