Good Morning to all~ I hope you have a Blessed day in the Lords house. I could have went to Sunrise Service at 6:00 am but am worn out. Then we have breakfast at 8:00 am which I have to take 2 gallon of orange juice. It is much heavier than I ever thought. Will be a long morning.

Watch those diets today girls. One slip and we will gain, ya know! I hope to get on the treadmill before leaving today. Go make it a GREAT DAY and may you spread someshine to everyone you meet.
