I could - buy (adopt!) dogs and have them trained for service animals.
Remodel (personal, not public) bathrooms for HC accesibilty.
Donate leashes, collars, beds and micro chipping to a rescue agency.
Hang around a drug store and pay for everyone's RX's.
Buy all new toys for the kid's wing at the local hospital.
Donate all new shoes, purses, coats, clothes and cosmetics to a women's shelter.
Pay for everyone's gas when I'm getting mine. 
I would make such a fun rich person.
