busy day today.

had a slim fast while taking the kiddo's to school. better than having nothing.

did 45 minutes of cardio at the gym. had my 1 cup of coffee and a HUGE glass of water. drank a bottle while working out.

snack will be 15 almonds. i counted them out already.

get some rest today billie.

alffe...i wish i was there to help you paint. i have lots of experience. it is expensive to have it done. the good companies carry insurance and are bonded. you sure don't want anyone on ladders on your property unless they are. be careful!
