Hi everyone....I am alive and doing well. Had a bit of the bronchitis about a month ago and still recovering from that.
My psych nurse is taking me off the drug that is keeping the weight on (depakote) so I hope to see some changes in the next few months.
Beyond that just working and trying to keep up with life.
