I'm just puttering along keeping activities up- not doing any special plan food wise though.
I think I have a resistance to following plans LOL
So upping activity is my saving grace I guess.

I did stop buying chips & candy - only once in awhile if hubby makes a request

Still need to up my veggies and fruits too so that is a focus for me.

I can't wait to get my garden going
