I went to their website and applied for this whole cooling kit! It has the vest, wrist coolers, neck cooler, cooling bandana and lots of cold packs. I qualified to receive the whole kit for free. I think it was based on one's condition, not finances, but I don't quite remember. Definitely look into this though, the kit is wonderful!
