Glad that you could share with the choir director....
one of the things I wanted to share with you but jsut thought of it again is this.
One of the hardest things that I think is common among many bipolars is the ability to not be impulsive in our words and in our actions.
This has gotten me into trouble many times.
WE get urgent...like we have to do this....or that....now!
Impulsivity....this is definately something to work on.
