This is why my Neurologist has changed my diagnosis from small fiber PN to Central Pain Syndrome. I am glad to see this brought up here because it took forever and a day to sort through this mess. And as my NS said shortly after he saw my cervical spine..."...TOO much pain for FAR TOO LONG!" Now, I know what he meant!
