Cherie - I have had each leg give on me at different times but it seems to be the left leg that does it the most. It was the left ankle I broke and I have sprained the left leg twice. Sometime you really don't know other than your down on the ground....again.

RW - I hyper-extend and probably have for years. When I had PT she got a little frustrated with me because I couldn't walk normal. She kept telling me to bend my knees - I can't although I did try but I felt like I would fall. I liked her but I don't think she had alot of experience with someone who has MS.

Well dang Frank we're a matching set I have worked, on my own, to try and bring both legs to the same ability but I still find myself at times favoring the left over the right.

Sheena, how are you doing? We really don't mean to stray from your original post but as you can see when having MS you really need to be careful and take whatever precautions are necessary and as we have already mentioned - PT
