Welcome to Neurotalk, THF.

The pain that people would most often speak about is related to lesions in the spine. A number of people don't ever have problems from their spinal lesions (no or little "activity"), and many don't even have spinal lesions (only brain ones).

There are other aches and pains with this disease, but it is my experience that the spinal lesions cause the most difficult pain to contend with for PwMS.
