Severe fatigue is a rough symptom to cope with, and one of my worst as far as day-to-day symptoms. I can't handle too many meds, but have had a bit of luck with what I've tried.

They first tried me on antidepressants (although I did not test clinically depressed). I was having a lot of attacks back then, so I couldn't tell if it helped.

When I went on LDN, that helped a fair bit with the fatigue. After about one year, I weaned myself from the Celexa (didn't need it anyway), and my fatigue level improved CONSIDERABLY.

I admit I still have this as a symptom . . . but I used to sleep 3 4 times a day, and sometimes 20 - 24 hrs of each day. I have not had that problem since starting LDN and going off Celexa, even though I have gone through attacks since then.

Hope you find something that works and can be combined with the "B".

Cherie
