I wouldn't be able to wait 4 months.

I take Adderral XR, which I think is also a med for ADHD. I take it 2x a day, when needed. It is extened relsease so it lasts throughout the day. I definitely need it to get me through a long day. Sometimes on the weekends I will not take any.
