With me, the fatigue is the thinking-kind... can't think straight, can't focus... and when that comes to a head, physical tiredness.

But my physical strength is fine. My neuro said, while testing my muscles --"better not get in a fight with you"... and I replied "cos you'd lose". And he nodded and backed away while waving his hands to get the blood flowing again.

I can easily carry 60lbs of weight for quite some distance.

My mind gets tired first.
