I don't understand this post. Why do you think you need to INJECT magnesium chloride?

I am unaware of any interaction of Nexium with magnesium.

Over time long term use of acid blocking drugs impairs absorption of things dependent on acid in the stomach.
Folic acid, B12, calcium, zinc, and iron can be affected.
You should not supplement iron without blood testing first.
