howdy TK any better today the roids seem to be calming down the headaches here which is a step in the right direction far as i am concerned

which words of hope, encouragement and helpful stories they tell
to most of you I am still new and and some of you i have come to know
I find its through helping others that allows friendships to grow
I know you are down and you feel bad about the problems of today
