allfe..i should have mentioned this earlier...about the shutters. but dipping them is the fastest and covers the best. you line a flat type of box or use a cheap plastic or even blow up kiddy pool with plastic and pour in a gallon of paint. use the brush to slop on any missed spots. use a heavy coat hanger to pull out and hang up to dry.
