I wonder at how surprised I was at the movie we watched last night, August Rush. What an awesome, moving and inspiring movie it was. The child star in it just makes you want to hold him close and hug him for as long as you can.

I wonder if nohope would like to know that I totally agree with her on the Redwood Highway. EEK!!!! My hands sweat just thinking about it!!!! Like you said, cliffs, dropoffs, oh my! My daughter's father lives in Brookings. Such a lovely place to live. Humboldt County in N. California, though, is just boundless beauty. We used to drive down to gorgeous seaside town of Eureka to shop at their food co-ops.

I wonder if nohope would like to know that the part of the Redwood Highway that scared me the most was south of Monterey. Oh my, to live in Carmel or Monterey would be a dream come true! I could eat at Clint Eastwood's Mission Ranch every day! I think Mr. and Mrs. Alffe should take a vacation at Mission Rancin in Carmel! They would love it. When my friend Bev and I went there, Clint Eastwood walked in just as we were being seated and said hello to us. We nearly fainted. Apparently he goes in there often and sits at the piano bar with the locals.

I wonder at what a beautiful day it was. Started out this morning on daughter's back deck with the dogs playing in the yard. Laid down to feel the sun and saw the most beautiful and gigantic hawk right above the tree...soaring and free floating on the wind. Oh my, I felt blessed to be in its presence.

I wonder what it is dogs find in the grass that excites them so much they rub their faces in it and roll around it. I've been told it's the sweet aroma of something really nasty.

I wonder at what fun PetSmart was today. We saw SO MANY dogs including the most incredible brindle Greyhound, a GIGANTIC Great Dane, Bloodhound, Beagle, Vizsla, and so many more! Grandson was just gaga! Bruna got a pedicure and her ears cleaned.

I wonder if there is blue sky and sun where Abbie is and if there is, is she out in it?

I wonder if Abbie knows that if she goes on a road trip she's more than welcome to stop and see this crazy lady in Iowa and spend the night even.

I wonder if Curious could find me an eye candy picture of Hugh Jackman!

I wonder if Bruna is ready for poop patrol yet.

I wish that I was in a certain hottub with another nice lady and a couple of mudslides.
