Wink citrus....

I was having a horrible time last year, and this spring with my knees...
just awful. I thought it was the PT I was having for my left leg injury.

BUT... after reading the book recommended here on the old board, by
Dr. Kittley from www.obesitysanswer.com
I tried eliminating citrus --specifically oranges and orange juice. I often go on a "bender" when Mineolas and blood oranges come into season, too.

This elimination started in late May... and I am happy to say, was a profound improvement.
Hints were very visible...I admit..I was an orange juice-aholic. Doctors say try eliminating the very item you CRAVE...and that is what I did.

I have given it up... and no pain, now, in October! ( I take 500mg of delayed
release Vit C now instead).
