Hi Mucker, You need to request a copy of your entire claim file. If you and wsib and your employer can't come to a resolution it will go to the appeals tribunal. I wish you could have some help with an advocate because interpreting the wsib act isn't easy. You need to use objective medical evidence to prove your employer is wrong, by using thier policies and laws. I think your case is solid. Your medical evidence speaks for itself. Your employer can't or won't accomodate you to rtw. You have permanent disabilities, and medical reports that say you have permanent disabities and work restrictions therefore you are entitled to a rehabilitation plan for labour market re-entry.
