it ticks me off that hr block can srew up our tax return for the 4th time and never apologize or reduce the high fees they charged.

they have spelled hubby's last name wrong twice. (his is different than mine) when they fixed that, they changed our address to the wrong city. TWICE! idiots. they had it right on the 2 wrong name ones.

it's taken 3 weeks. IF they get it corrected today i can get it in the mail.


they could care less how bad we need the refund.
