Just guessing but I would guess it would depend on how crooked they are. You do say they are very crooked. It seems that they would still be very crooked when capped. They don't file them down as much as they used to as I understand it and even if they were filed way down and capped, they would be crooked. But then again if they aren't sticking out then it seems to me that they could be built up as I've seen on ads and look very nice. Guess it just depends on what they really look like. Just my opinion
