Could this be spasticity?

I get that in my ribcage area, too, sometimes Jan. Sort of the area between my back and my front - but not exactly my side if that makes any sense. I can't take a deep breath when it's acting up and that can be very scary sometimes. I've never had problems with my back so I'm guessing it has to be spasticity??
