Cymbalta has helped a lot with my fibro, but I still have the chronic myofascia goin on. I wondered if the Cymbalta was really helping so I tested it by going back down to 60 mg. from 90. Within a couple days I woke up one morning and thought, oh god. My hands ached, my feet hurt and were stiff. I just hurt in a lot of places that seemed VEWY FAMILIAR! And realized I hadn't had that usual morning stifness and pain in a long time!

Went back up to 90 and it stopped. My doc said 'they' discovered that 90 mg was the magic number to help with the fibro, not 60 as had been suggested.
