Lightbulb there is a post...

on the Vitamin forum with the neurological differences between fish oil and
flax for TS...

Let me see if I can find it....

Here it is:

http://66.102.1.104/scholar?hl=en&lr...to+d2+receptor

at this thread:
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread2826-2.html

Does this help? There is something about TS specifically that some TSers don't do well on fish oil... that article explains why.

There are more omega-3s (flax) in food now. Smart Balance peanut butter, Smart Balance Mayo, and I even just
found chicken nuggets at Costco made with Canola claiming 300mg of flax/serving. So as the food industry puts them in
common items, reliance on capsules as a supplement will be less.
