Thanks Rose.
I wish that my body would stop spasming already. The weather in NY is absolutely nuts. One day it's freezing, the next day you don't even need a sweater, then a few hours, later it's freezing again.
And my whole body hurts. Thankfully, I'm not bent anymore. Today I was able to stand up and walk to Dunkin Donuts. Then, a few hours later I was fine. It got hot outside. The sun was shining brightly and I said 'okay!!! let's do some mild stretching". And I did. Felt okay.
Then a few hours later, I notice the heat began to kick in, in my radiators. I went outside and it was freezing again, and then my body began doing it's thing.
I hate being 60. I think I'll be okay once July and August get here. That's how I've been doing it for a few years now. I'm just fine in the summer months. No pain, no nothing. But when the temperature changes, holy cow, my spine my knees, my wrists, it all drives me nuts.
Wouldn't it be lovely to turn back the clock and we could all be as smart as we are now, but we'd all be 20 again!!
jeez.
