Sudden reactions like you describe here imply that something ingested triggered you. Also internal carcinoids, dump biogenic amines in a cyclical fashion. Also with certain forms of movement that compress the tumors it can happen.
Excess serotonin can also cause wheezing..this becomes more significant as time passes and higher amounts of serotonin are released with time. It is less obvious or not apparent early on.

The NSAID family and high dose aspirin, and Strattera (which does not appear on this list) are the most frequent complaints I see.
Opiates also commonly cause sweating in some people.

Wow! Thanks for that. Some of the drugs on that list I knew could cause sweating. I had no idea Tramadol was on that list. And many of the drugs listed I had *no* idea they could cause that kind of side effect or reaction. Holy cow!!
