I have been taking CDP choline for about 5 years now. I buy it from iHerb, and take one 250mg tablet per day. Difficult to say whether it has slowed my PD, since I take curcumin etc also. Something I take is working since I have had PD for over 16 years now. Another name for CDP choline is citicoline, it is given to stroke patients, and aids brain metabolism.
