I am ok if I can keep the panic at bay. That seems to be making everything worse. My valum are an extrememly low dose. I didn't call the doc, but I will if it gets worse and I will definately call in the morning.

I will read more about the migraines. I just had a nasty one last week. Could be a hold over, so I will check it out.
