Checking in late today....
Got back from an inservice on diabetes.
It is incredible the new information and meds and insulin types and pumps that are available in this day and age. They have a device that actually sensors your blood sugar levels thru out the day and records this and the info can be reported electronically to your doc office.
Pretty soon the sensor and the pump will work automatically to deliver the correct dose of insulin thru out the day...which is an amazing concept!
anyway, had a buffet for lunch and over ate.
Good Alffe that you lost another pound!!!!!
remember one pound is 4 sticks of butter!
