I am a nutmeg whore. I recently have taken to grating nutmeg into eggs, adding some vanilla and a touch of sweetener. Since I can't have cheese on eggs, I make "sweet" omelets instead. And I also top them, sometimes, with a medley of berries.

Delicious! It's like... dessert for breakfast.
