pressure points
I often use pressure points to relieve the cervogenic spasm type headaches. especially in the back of the skull. I can feel the limp starting. Mine trigger up from the shoulder blad so I take tennis ball and place between the wing area and wall...THen I rub into the ball, as deep as I can stand it, around and around..Then I start to moan in pleasure bringing everyone out of the rooms wondering if I am crying, or moaning in pain or pleasure.
Ice on the neck skull and tens on the butcher knife in my back.
Another thing to help headaches my daughter in law did a Fourth of July when when I had a massive migraine. She was trained in reflexology. She worked on my hands rubbing trigger spots. I remember once on TV I saw that the spot between the thumb and pointer that if you grab it and press really hard that you can help a headache.
But the 4th, she finished and the day was saved. I went from tears of pain to an enjoyable evening.
