for me, presentation and taking some time in the kitchen is motivating.
fresh fruit snacks. take the time to cut up and apple or pear. arrange it pretty on a plate with a dollop of yogurt in the middle. use a fancy plate. ya know...we all have those that are for special occasions. heck use them! brighten up your day.
i like radishes. hehee..i know..many people don't. doing those few slices to make them look like roses takes no time at all. a few of those and some cumumber slices...yum. healthy.
