i think for most people you can treat TOS and make it BETTER, but you will always have to be careful.

After two year and three surgeries, i have come to the conclusion that chiropractic, PT, massage, and pain management are simply going to be part of my life forever.

I was also recently dx'ed with Fibro on top of the TOS, and I have thyroid issues, so there is a bit of a cumulatiove effect there.

I don't know about the health insurance.
