My father was allergic to cats, but when he met my mother lucky thing: he was not allergic to their old fashioned kinky-tail shorthaired siamese cat! The only cat he was not allergic to he has ever seen, actually. And he really was allergic because, as he said to me once: his three daughters must really love to see him since they have all got cats.
