It's a lot scary, Kelly. It's a lot scary for a lot of reasons. Yes, I have begun rethinking a lot of my ideas about what I might do this summer, where I might go, and how often.

My personal opinion is that the American refineries are slowing production to force the government's hand in paying for their updates that they've been deliberately ignoring for decades.
