Enter the code depicted in ASCII art style is what the directions say to get an account at MSNews.
It's called "CAPTCHA".
Of course, next time I go in it will be different but someone tell me what the h*** this means.

Definition of CAPTCHA
Definition of ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange)
They want you to read the letters that are written out in ASCII which is what the old dot matrix printers used to use to print out pictures and designs.
My dad and I used ASCII to make a calendar for my mom back in the early 1980s. The calendar was a picture of a body builder named Mike. It made a one year calendar.
I'm not sure what the second letter in the ASCII you posted, but it's M (something) 4 9.
The ASCII is a little off, like someone hit a space bar or something a few times and knocked it out of alignment. But there's enough there that I can see at least 3 of the characters.
