I'm okay, tired, hurting and to lazy to pack for Iowa and we leave before sunrise. Spent the day at my sisters sign shop and made my ankle and back hurt more.

It got so hot here 81, and humid, I'd forgotten how much that sucks. And I wore jeans and a navy tshirt, cuz it was chilly and raining this morning. I've been in bed trying to get rid of the headache and numbness and it's not leaving.

I hope you are feeling better, Cheryl, and Sally, and Chris, and Taffy, and the next sickie in line, and so on and so on ...
