Good evening all.....entering room with a mask, gloves, HVAC suit, etc. It's good to hear a few are feeling somewhat better. That's the trouble with we MSers, when we get sick, it lasts forever. Of course the exacerbations.......well that's a whole different can of worms. Did I tell you guys at my last neuro appointment, he gave me an open prescription for the dexamethasone pills for whenever I may need them? They're in place of solumedrol. Guess he figures after all these years, I know my body well enough to know when it needs a boost. Anyway, who wants to take steroids when you don't have to???? Yuck!!!

Well, yes, for those who asked, I am feeling unusually good. Except for the leg spasms and the usual fibro/ms pain, it hasn't been too bad. The weather has been that nice clear, not too hot, no humidity kind that happens about one week out of the year, so that makes a big difference!!

Also.......I have a new member of my household!!! Yeah, I know I said no more dogs, but the depression and loneliness have been horriblle. Can't believe that this Tuesday was six months since I lost Susan. I had put out the word that I was looking for an adult dog, no puppies, to groomers, vet's office, a couple Rescues, etc. The last groomer I used, Zoomin Groomin that comes to the house, heard of a family looking for a good home for their two year old Bichon Frise. They had a new baby and there were some "jealousy" issues. She told them she had just heard of someone that might be a perfect match and three days later.......here she is.....Tasha!!! She was just two in Feb. so she does have quite a bit of puppy left, Bichons don't mature as quickly as some other breeds, so had to move all the "chewables" to higher ground. She's had her shots, is spayed and just about housebroken. She goes when I take her out, but forgets sometimes in the house. I have those "piddle pads", but so far all she does is grab them, run away and rip them to shreds!!!!!

It's been kind of hectic, but a good kind of hectic. She's little, about 9 pounds of white fluffy energy! But so much company. She's small enough to ride around on my lap in the powerchair. Wish I could send pics with this old web tv. That's why I haven't been around much.

Hope all you "sickies" are at least 90 per cent better now -- See ya later....taking off paraphenalia. Where's the disinfectant???
