I've been trying to change my attitude to life and be more positive to help the healing process and while I believe that positivity helps with the recovery, I haven't gotten to where you are yet of completely letting go of my old thoughts. I think it is necessary to dive into this new way of thinking completely for it to work but I haven't managed it yet.
