I know this may sound like obvious advice but try to avoid situations where you may get hit again in the future if possible. I say this because I experienced what you did of having my head shaken or hit (but not being knocked out), getting the symptoms and then recovering a week later several times.
Each time it took longer to recover and then the PCS symptoms struck me fully and I crashed, all the fatigue, headaches etc
