What kind of side effects have you encoundered. I was just curious about it before I start taking it.

Tysabri is a stabilizer, and is not intended to improve one's physilogical health. The goal with Tysabri is slow MS progression.
I have experienced some minor quality of life enhancements, but nothing significant. What is significant is that my quality of life has not decreased, and in that respect, Tysabri seems to be working.
Personally, I have not had any side-effects that I can attribute to Tysabri. There are some folks who have reactions to it and either stop using the medication or are infused along with benadryl or similar.
Overall, it is a simplistic medication to use.
