Default At least some of your symptoms are

The important question is what is causing the problems.

Many things can cause peripheral nerves to malfunction. When they malfunction the patient is experiencing PN. The problem may be a PN in the sense of diabetic neuropathy, Charcot Marie Tooth, etc.; or it may be a problem in the central nervous system which causes also the peripheral nerves to malfunction; or even direct damage to a nerve or nerves. There are many possibilities.

Whatever is going on, it sounds like you have a systemic problem, so I think it is good that you are exploring nutritional causes. There are possibilities you can cover safely while continuing to look at other possibilities.

Of course, there could be a mechanical problem (regarding your back) too.

The short answer is "yes." But that only refers to some of your symptoms, not a cause.
