Very sorry to hear of your depression.
I read this forum to get help for a relative.
IMHO, I feel few fully understand bipolar illness.
This person takes the dep shot. I am so uninformed w/ reference to birth control. This seemed liked the easiest method.
For the first few days after the shot, she seems a bit anxious.
She increases her Ability for a day or two after the shot (usually).
I noticed some weight gain after started the shots.
Other than these things, she is doing well with this...as far as we can tell.
Never easy...it's good that you are aware of the situation. That I believe, is much of winning the battle. (Hugs)
