When I took the depoprevara shot for birthcontrol is when I first had my manic episode the hormones pushed me over the edge....it triggered it for me. but I am bipolar 1 and think that makes a difference. Prozac also sent me over the edge...both of those incidenses could be label bp3....
I don't know....
