hey Frank ... a bit chilly here ... a flake or two ... nothing that's making any attempt at staying tho ...
it's a good day .. lots to do .. .like always ...
um, I'm been having 'exasperations' while I sleep - my hands/arms fall asleep and I wake up to 'shake them up' (feels like I'm wearing boxing gloves) ... and this happens almost every night now ... and then I can only sit for a little while, then get up and 'try' to move .. it's slow, and I walk like I 'just filled my drawers' ... but still mobile ...
no more insurance ... so, I'll just have to deal with this one day at a time ... would this be considered secondary, progressive? it's just that there's pain everyday - and more and more 'itty bitty' nerve issues coming and staying ...
