I got another busy day ahead of me and I am dragging around. I have over did it again yesterday. I'm going shoppin this morning, wanta come with me? I promise not to knock you down.I'm needing groceries and animal food, Every bone in me is hurting.
I sure hope your doing well this moring.I am not losing like I want to. No pounds have come off this week. I think this is going to be a take it easy day.
Well, have a good day and hopfully we can do something different to exercise today. Shopping will be my ecercise for today. I'll be honest and say I may use a cart.
