So sorry for your troubles. What you describe about trying to fall asleep, then waking yourself up, I've only experienced on occasion. Very frustrating!

I have MS, so really don't have any answers for you. But I was wondering (until I read that you are only 28) if you had been in Utah years ago: seems we named a town after you!

DH and I visited England about 4 years ago. When the news weather lady said it was going to be "misty", I wondered what the heck she was talking about. That afternoon when we were taking the bus tour of London I found out! It's just like someone is lighting squirting you with a spray bottle, Lol!!!
