You can get Biotin tablets and omega3 fish oil softgels from iherb.

I have bought from them for years BUT I am not affiliated with them in any way. Just like their dependability.

The Biotin and omega3 works for me but it may or may not work for everyone. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try it.
