hi Greyhound

I just bumped up an old thread of mine documenting the supps and other natural treatments that helped my son
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread1145.html

my son has to be mega careful with B supplements and cant take much niacin or a B complex tho he does ok with Bs in his multivit/mineral shake

Many have had good relief with Bonnie's vits but some react to them with more tics etc and it is thought by some that the high Bs may be the cause.
I based my son's plan on Bonnie's original one (before she developed the Bontech range) and it worked so well that we never tried bontech. but many have and are very pleased with it
